By accessing or using PixelCabinet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use PixelCabinet on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

PixelCabinet provides tools for creating, editing, previewing, exporting, publishing, showcasing, and sharing Minecraft-related character content.

• Create Minecraft skin projects
• Upload and edit skin PNG files
• Generate previews and exports
• Publish public skin pages
• Create showcases and stages
• Save collections and resources
• Remix public content where supported

You agree to use PixelCabinet only for lawful and permitted purposes.

Some features may require signing in or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate account information, all activity that occurs under your account, and not sharing account access in a way that creates abuse or security risk.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the service.

You may upload, create, edit, publish, or share content through PixelCabinet. User content may include skin PNG files, character previews, project data, titles and descriptions, tags and categories, showcase and stage content, and exported images, GIFs, or videos.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload, subject to any rights held by others.

By using PixelCabinet, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service, provide product features, generate previews, publish public pages, and make your content available according to your settings.

If you publish content publicly, you understand that it may be visible to other users, shared through public URLs, indexed by search engines, displayed in galleries, category pages, related content sections, showcases, or stages, and downloaded or remixed where supported.

Do not publish content that you want to keep private.

We may remove public content that violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates abuse, or harms the service.

• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attack the service
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Use automated systems in a way that harms service stability
• Upload malicious files or code
• Use PixelCabinet for illegal activity
• Interfere with other users
• Copy or republish large amounts of content without permission
• Misrepresent your relationship with PixelCabinet or other parties

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these rules are violated.

PixelCabinet, including its design, branding, software, interface, and original content, is owned by PixelCabinet or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer PixelCabinet’s software or branding except as permitted by law or with written permission. User-created content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

PixelCabinet is an independent and unofficial creative tool. PixelCabinet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft. Minecraft is a trademark of its respective owners. References to Minecraft are used only to describe compatibility and intended use of skin-related tools.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but PixelCabinet may change, pause, remove, or limit features at any time. We may perform maintenance, update functionality, change storage limits, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee that any feature, file, project, or public page will always be available. Users should keep their own backups of important files.

You may stop using PixelCabinet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms; your activity creates risk or abuse; we are required to do so by law; the service or feature is discontinued; or your content creates legal, security, or operational concerns.

PixelCabinet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; all files or projects will always be available; generated previews or exports will be perfect; the service will meet every user expectation; or third-party services will always function correctly. Use PixelCabinet at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelCabinet and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of content, lost profits, or service interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of PixelCabinet after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
